Weeks 3: Market Health Check
The S&P 500 closed last week down 2.08%, with the Nasdaq falling 3.42% and the Dow Jones declining 1.24%. The traditional small-cap benchmark, the Russell 2000, dropped 4%, while the modern-day risk-on barometer, ARKK, finished down 1.13%.
Last Sunday’s letter maintained a bullish outlook, and while some caution is warranted as we move into the new week, the current outlook still leans bullish. That said, there’s little room for error before all three risk signals are triggered again.
